Special Events and Short Courses

Monthly Sound and Gong bath | Final Friday of each month | Two sessions are available - 6pm till 7pm, and 7.30pm till 8.30pm
Our gorgeous sound bath sessions are back after the summer on final Fridays right through till June 2024. Advance booking is essential as numbers are limited by the space in the hall and the sessions often fill up. Dates are Oct 27, Nov 24, Dec 29 (yes indeed!) 2023,  Jan 26, Feb 23, Mar 29, April 26, May 31, June 28 2024. We then take a break for summer 2024.

A special monthly session with Jo Gregor and Sue Szymanski. Jo and Sue compose the session live using singing bowls, titanium gong, frame drums, voice, and a selection of percussive textures and ambient sounds to ease you into a state of profound relaxation.

Bring whatever you need to be comfortable and warm lying on the floor - cushions, pillows, blankets, something super comfy to lie on, socks, eye mask etc. More is more! It's really important that you are comfortable and warm and then there's nothing to do but lie and let it all wash over and through you. We are keen that the session is accessible to all - you can choose to sit and we can also provide a comfy lounger with advance notice for you if lying on or getting up from the floor is difficult.
