Working with the principles of free-movement and explorative dance to awaken the self-healing process.  Through the teachings of Gabrielle Roth (5Rhythms) and Leo Rutherford (Trance Dance Explorations), Hannah Alexander brings a wealth of movement and bodywork therapy knowledge to hold this safe space for people to explore and create.

Absolutely no experience required - move as little or as much as you desire!

Join us on the first Saturday of every month at 7pm here at The Centre.

The Local Food Community Fund will support local businesses as they lead the way towards building a truly sustainable food system in Bury St Edmunds.

Monthly Supper Clubs

The LFCF will be launched at the April Supper Club with the monthly meals,on the 1st Saturday of each month, initially being the main platform to raise money for the fund.

The meals will be for donations with a small fee paid to reserve your seat.

NEW  Spinning Wheel Theatre's Sensory Story Playtime  

Due to start in September 2019

Fun- filled weekly sessions, exploring your child's favourite books through storytelling, roleplay, puppetry, sensory experiences and song.  "A really imaginative, fun and friendly class for little ones and parents. Human Toolbox Workshop | An eight week course - provisional start date Thurs 7th March, in the evening. The course is a recognised method of harnessing your 'human tools' for wellbeing, self awareness, and also to overcome stress and depression. There is a charge for the course. Learn to Play the Bodhran (Irish drum) | Next beginners course starts Spring 2019| £75 including refreshments and use of drum if you need one| A five week course to get you started playing this fabulous drum. You'll be learning in a small group and the course is suitable for absolute beginners. It covers all the foundations - how to hold the stick and the drum, basic strokes, and jig and reel rhythms. The course is taught by experienced player and teacher Sue Szymanski (The Floozies, CTB, Bophouseblue). Advance bookings only, suitable for ages 16+.
