NEW!! Bury Film Club | starting Friday October 27th 2017 | 10.30am till 12.30pm | £10 |  Simon Frampton - film maker and lecturer - is bringing a new series of talks to The Centre. Each talk will be about a film subject starting with Nicole Kidman on Oct 27th. The talks will run monthly and will be illustrated with film clips. After each talk a discussion over coffee / tea will take place for those who desire it. The subjects will be varied and include stars of the screen as well as those behind the camera such as directors and cinematographers. Simon's take is unique and, as a film maker himself, can shed light on the process of making a film. All are welcome - it doesn't matter how much knowledge you have about film. The important thing is to bring like-minded people together to form a sociable group. Simon has an ongoing group in Sudbury which has run for the last seven years. New members can join and pay on the day, cash or cheque.
