Rates include use of trestle tables, chairs, flip chart stand and kitchenettes.

Table and chair set up / clear away by prior arrangement only - less then 20 people is £40 for set up and clear away (of table and chairs only, not any other items / debris) and it's £80 for more than 20 people. 

Use of digital projector / overhead projectors and/or screen £10  (Charity) per session.

Storage cupboards with weekly rates (subject to availability).
